FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: one should inspect vasodilating vascular capacity due to carrying out the test at reactive hyperemia to determine the level of pre-kallikrein in venous blood serum followed by evaluating functional capabilities of vascular endothelium and reserve potential of kallikrein-kinin system (KKS). In case of increased content of pre-kallikrein of blood serum against its level estimated before functional testing by 10-40% and increased endothelium-dependent vasodilatation by 20-40% one should detect the absence of endothelial dysfunction. In case of decreased content of pre-kallikrein by 10-30% against initial level and decreased value of endothelium-dependent vasodilatation by 15-30% it is necessary to determine the availability of endothelial dysfunction. The value of endothelium-dependent vasodilatation of vessels should be studied due to dopplerography. Venous blood should be taken out of cubital vein. The innovation suggested enables to detect disorders in vascular endothelium functioning at early stages of the development of pathological process.
