FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should separate a deformed section of concha auriculae beginning from defect's upper pole up to a tragus, make incision along posterior surface against a presupposed point of fixation of helix' pedicle to the front and downwards, make incision along posterior cartilaginous surface at its whole length from the top downwards, replace free part of concha auriculae into correct vertical position, shift a triangular flap, its top being upwards that was developed in front of convoluted part of concha auriculae, backwards and upwards, fix an auricular cartilage with separate sutures in its new position towards periosteum and fiber, apply a triangular flap its top being downwards and developed behind the upper part of concha auriculae onto the wound. Then one should rotate replaced part of concha auriculae by forming a counter-helix to be fixed with mattress sutures. The innovation enables to prevent reverse cartilaginous shift and sufficiently develop a counter-helix.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of restoration.
