FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otoplasty. Antihelix is formed, wherein a skin incision is made on a back surface of the auricle with subsequent separation thereof from a cartilage of auricle and from auricular muscles. Ear muscles are separated from auricular cartilage. Herewith, the auricle bed is formed by partial detachment of the ear muscles from the mastoid process. Attachment point of the auricular muscles to the mastoid process is not cut off; then, the non-detached ear muscles of the mastoid process are filed with the filament to the antihelix target outline.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the risk of recurrent and developing postoperative defects, particularly the risk of ligature fistula formation.
