SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new 1,3-dioxolanes of the formula (1): 
wherein each Ra and Rb can be similar or different and represents hydrogen atom or (C1-C)-alkyl; or Ra and Rb in common with carbon atom C to which they are joined form optionally substituted 4-7-membered carbocyclic ring. Also, invention relates to a method for preparing compounds of the formula (1) and a pharmaceutical composition based on thereof possessing ant-coughing activity. Invention provides preparing new compounds possessing the valuable pharmacological effect.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable medicinal property of compounds and pharmaceutical composition.
