FIELD: petroleum chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalytic cracking reactor with fluidized catalyst bed including elongate reactor riser and reactor tank, containing steam-stripping zone with fluidized dense phase and output for catalyst on bottom end thereof, cracking-gas exhaust on top end and cyclone separator flow-connected with exit from reactor riser. Cyclone separator has submersible leg, bottom open end of which is completed lower than upper layer level of steam-stripping zone with fluidized dense phase. Steam-stripping zone with fluidized dense phase contains additionally horizontal plate arranged under bottom open end of submersible leg. Said plate represents circular plate with elevated welt, and bottom open end of submersible leg is narrowed.
EFFECT: safe apparatus for catalytic cracking with fluidized catalyst bed.
