CYCLONE SEPARATOR Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC C10G11/18 B01J8/18 B04C5/14

Abstract RU 2298577 C2

FIELD: petrochemical industry; production of the cyclone separators.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of petrochemical industry and is intended for the catalytic cracking. The cyclone separator has the inlet opening for reception of the gas and the solid particles, the outlet opening for the gas in the top-most part of the separator and the lower cylindrical part, where the lower cylindrical part lower end is closed. Through the closed lower end from the point located below the closed lower end up to the point in the cylindrical part located below the inlet opening for reception of the gas and the solid particles passes essentially the vertical channel for selection of the particles. The channel is supplied with the openings for selection of the solid particles from the cyclone separator. The channel has the smaller cross-section area as compared with the lower cylindrical part, and this way determines the clearance between the channel and the internal wall of the lower cylindrical part, where in the lower part of the indicated clearance there is the main device for the primary fluidizing medium feeding in. The technical result of the invention is the improved efficiency of the topping.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved efficiency of the topping.
