FIELD: nonferrous secondary metallurgy; methods of solid alloys lumpy wastes reprocessing.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of nonferrous secondary metallurgy, in particular, to the method of reprocessing of the solid alloys lumpy wastes and may be used for reprocessing of the solid alloys lumpy waste on the basis of tungsten carbide and the cobalt binding. The method of reprocessing of the solid alloys lumpy wastes on the cobalt binding includes charging of the solid metal alloy in the furnace, their interaction with zinc at heating, distilling of zinc, cooling of the product of distillation and its grinding up to the powder mixture suitable for production of the solid alloys. The charging of the solid alloy wastes and zinc into the furnace exercise in the vacuum reactor divided into two sections: the cold section, where conduct simultaneously: condensation of zinc vapor and the destruction of the solid alloy waste; and the hot section, where they realize distilling of zinc, the vapor of which comes into the cold section and at interaction in the process of condensation with the cobalt binding form fusible alloys. After termination of destruction and solidification they are transferred into the hot section, where conduct distillation of zinc, which vapors are coming again into the cold section of condensations and destructions together with the next batch of the solid alloys wastes. The product obtained after distillation is cooled and crushed into the powder. In the cold section of the vacuum reactor the temperature is kept within the limits of 25-300°C, and in the section the temperature is kept of 600-800°C, the pressure is equal to 4-5 Pa and the process duration is within 40-60 minutes. The method ensure simplification of the production process, an increased efficiency, reduced power input and the cost of the solid alloys wastes reprocessing.
EFFECT: the invention ensures simplification of the production process, an increased efficiency, reduction of the power input and the cost of the solid alloys wastes reprocessing.
