FIELD: waste processing and disposal.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of secondary raw materials with production of non-ferrous metals and can be used for processing lumps of hard alloys based on tungsten carbide, titanium, tantalum with cobalt or nickel binder. Reactor of hard alloys wastes processing includes lined housing with loading hatch, graphite case, graphite heating element with slots, vacuum pump, thermocouple and separating partitions with holes installed in graphite case, equipped with high-temperature gaskets. Graphite holder is installed in the housing and consists of two cups located towards each other by upper edges, and a cylindrical element installed between the cups. Partitions divide graphite case into zones of heating, condensation and destruction. Heating element is located on the outer side of the graphite case and is made in the form of two semi-cylinders, one of which is located in the heating zone, and the other one is located in the condensation zone. Heating element is connected to the transformer through graphite electrodes. Reactor is equipped with a water-cooled circuit installed between the graphite case and the loading hatch, as well as a connection pipe for the vacuum pump connection.
EFFECT: invention reduces loss of valuable raw material, processing time, as well as high efficiency of the process.
