FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus represents a vacuum reactor with heating and condensation zones furnished with a graphite holder arranged in the vacuum chamber and representing two barrels, one, a heating element, being arranged in the heating zone and connected to the transformer. The other one is arranged in the vacuum reactor condensation zone.
EFFECT: simpler design and process, lower electric power consumption and processing costs.
