When transmitting 110 first and transmitting 120 second information regarding an emergency through a mobile communication system between a mobile terminal device and an emergency service control center, there is an additional check on the side of the emergency service control center, whether the first information is transmitted without errors and during a predetermined time interval, and when transmitting the first information without errors, the second information is transmitted in speech form, while in transmitting the first information with errors, a request signal is sent from the emergency service control center to the mobile terminal device, in order to encourage the mobile terminal device to retransmit the first information already via the voice channel.
EFFECT: technical result is a reliable and timely transfer of information data regarding an emergency.
