FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes coating formation, its cooling and filling with a stuffing, as well as a formation of final products. The form of a chocolate coating looks like a geometrical figure. After spreading a stuffing on a surface of a product, a dome-like covering made from sweet paste is laid. As a dome a hemispherical cover is used which is preliminary prepared of candied roasted nuts paste and consists of a two-layer coating, the filled stuffing, and the surface of a product is decorated if necessary. The outer surface of a hemispherical cover can be glazed. After formation of a final product it is possible to glaze a chocolate figure and a dome-shaped covering together or separately.
EFFECT: making sweets of a pungent flavor; improvement of their design; storage life extension without stratification of their structure.
