FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and biotechnology. It is a method for adapting non-rooted microclones of plants of different taxonomic groups to non-sterile ex-vitro conditions. In the method, rooting and adaptation of microclones to ex-vitro conditions are carried out simultaneously, under the conditions of an aeroponic system with irrigation of the root zone with a solution of trace elements and illumination of plants with LED lamps with an adjustable illumination spectrum and an intensity of up to 150 mcmol/m2/s, with a 16-hour photoperiod.
EFFECT: ensuring a high coefficient of plant reproduction while reducing the process labour intensity.
