SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting primary and conventional brachial luxations and subluxations. Moreover, one should introduce 30 ml 0.5%-novocaine solution into articular cavity followed by carrying out MR-tomography at cut-off thickness being 5 mm in coronary and transversal projections. In case of detecting the widened articular fissure, increased capsular stretchability of brachial joint at the level of anatomical cervix at developing "a dumbbell-like shadow" being about 1.5-2 cm to the front and backwards against the edges of articular scapular cavity, the development of volumetric auxiliary inversion, "hernial sac", for the depth of up to 4-6 cm below surgical brachial cervix along with enveloping brachial bone with it along anterior-internal surface it is possible to diagnose instability of brachial joint.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
