FIELD: petrochemical industry; methods and devices intended for improving of dispensing both the dead catalyst and the lift gases of migration in the purifier.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of petrochemical industry, in particular, to dispenser of the dead catalyst. The group of inventions is dealt with the method and the device intended for improving of dispensing of both the dead catalyst and the lift gases of migration in the purifier of the installation of a cracking with fluidized catalyst. The dispenser of the dead catalyst intended for utilization in the purifier of the installation with fluidized catalyst, contains: the pipeline, the aperture of which is ended inside the indicated purifier, intended for delivery of the mixture of the dead catalyst and the lift gas into the purifier; the first disk surrounding the aperture of the pipeline on the upper end of the pipeline in the purifier; the second disk located at some distance above the first disk and rigidly connected with it (the first disk) so that owing to it, between them it is formed, essentially, an open-space; the cone of the reflection shield fixed by its base to the second disk, and the cone of the reflection shield is directed downwards and is mounted along the center above an outlet aperture of the pipeline, the cone of the reflection shield is made with a capability to direct the dead catalyst and the lift gas, essentially, uniformly and radially in the direction outside through the space formed between the first disk and the second disk, so providing the continuous issue at the periphery of the mixture of the dead catalyst and the lift gas from the outside circumference of the indicated space formed between the first disk and the second disk, into the purifier, essentially, uniformly in the radial direction outside. The method of operation of the purifier of the cracking installation with fluidized catalyst with utilization of the dispenser of the dead catalyst includes the following stages: delivery of the dead catalyst and the lift gas in direction upward through the pipeline, at that the indicated pipeline ends inside the purifier; direction of the dead catalyst and the lift gas essentially uniformly in the radial direction outside on the upper butt of the pipeline; the repeated intermixing of the dead catalyst and the lift gas inside the dispenser; issue of the mixture of the dead catalyst and the lift gas from an outer circumference of the dispenser essentially, uniformly in the radial direction outside into the purifier; and provision of the continuous essentially and uniform issue of the mixture of the catalyst and the lift gas along the outer circumference of the dispenser. The invention ensures achievement of the improved dispensing of the dead catalyst and the lift gas in the purifier.
EFFECT: the invention ensures achievement of the improved dispensing of the dead catalyst and the lift gas in the purifier.
