SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of depressing additive to diesel fuels. The depressing additive to diesel fuels comprises 21-71% of low-molecular destructed components of ethylene-propylene rubber SKEPT of molecular mass 600-3500 Da and the molecular distribution index from 1.5 to 3.5. As a dispersing additive the composition depressing additive comprises 24-64% of low-molecular copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate of molecular mass 1200-2600 Da, the content of vinyl acetate links 25-45 wt.-% and number of by-side branches CH₃/100 CH₂, 15, not above. As an additional component the composition comprises oligomers of (C₁₆-C₁₈)-ethylene or oligomers of C₁₅-propylene, or toluene, the balance. Composition depressing additive to diesel fuel exceeds the prototype by the improvement degree of all low-temperature indices of diesel fuel and shows the improved effect by the filtering capacity coefficient.
