FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention describes depressor-dispersant additive to diesel fuel, which contains mixture of depressor and dispersing components, at the same time depressor component used is a polymer compound obtained via a radical copolymerisation reaction of maleic anhydride and fraction of 1-olefins C8-C24 with participation of radical polymerisation initiator, with ratio of initial reagents from 1:0.92 to 1:3.7 at temperature of 75–90 °C for 8–23 hours in appropriate solvent, after which the solvent is evaporated and the end product is separated, and the dispersing component is a polymer compound obtained via a metathesis copolymerisation reaction of functionalised norbornene and synthetic divinyl rubber and 1-hexene or 1-octene in the presence of a metal complex dialkyl ruthenium catalyst of general formula: where substitutes R3 and R4 are selected from the group: R3=Me, Et, R4=Et, Bn, R3+R4=CH2CH2OCH2CH2, in appropriate solvent, with ratio of functionalised norbornene: rubber from 1:15 to 1:1, ratio of catalyst: olefins in the reaction mixture from 1:350,000 to 1:10,000, at temperature of 25–70 °C for 8–23 hours, then reaction mixture is hydrogenated with hydrogen at pressure of 5–10 atm in presence of palladium, then filtered through aluminum oxide and filtrate is evaporated, depressor and dispersing components are in additive in ratio from 3:7 to 7:3 by volume. Also, the method of obtaining the specified additive is revealed.

EFFECT: improvement of low-temperature characteristics of diesel fuel and sedimentation stability during its cold storage and increase of yield of target products up to 95 wt%.
