FIELD: oil refining; petrochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemistry and oil refining. Disclosed is a depressor-dispersant additive for diesel fuel, which, as a depressor component, contains a polymer compound obtained by radical copolymerisation of mixture of 1-olefins C12+, which is still residue after distillation of expensive fractions of olefins C6-C10 from products of thermocatalytic oligomerisation of ethylene, and dialkylfumarate in weight ratio of initial reagents from 1:1 to 2:1 with participation of a radical polymerisation initiator. Reaction is carried out at temperature of 90-150 °C for 6-23 hours, followed by cooling the reaction mixture to obtain a depressor component. Dispersing component in the disclosed additive is a polymer compound obtained via metathesis copolymerisation of monomers: functionalised norbornene, strained synthetic divinyl rubber and fraction of 1-olefins C12+, which is still residue after distillation of expensive fractions of olefins C6-C10 from products of thermocatalytic oligomerisation of ethylene, in presence of metal complex dialkyl ruthenium catalyst. Reaction is carried out with weight ratio of functionalised norbornene : rubber from 1:20 to 1:10, weight ratio of catalyst : monomers in reaction mixture from 1:450,000 to 1:50,000, at temperature 25-70 °C for 8-23 hours. Obtained reaction mixture is hydrogenated with hydrogen in the presence of palladium to obtain a dispersing component. Depressor and dispersing components after dissolution in hydrocarbon solvent are contained in additive in mass ratio from 1:4 to 4:1, total concentration of components in additive is 50 wt.%, hydrocarbon solvent, wt.% – balance. Method of producing said depressor-dispersant additive is also disclosed.

EFFECT: depressor-dispersing additive anti-wear properties, improved diesel fuel (DF) operational characteristics, reduced pour point, limit filtering temperature of diesel fuel, providing sedimentation stability during its cold storage, reducing the wear scar diameter of diesel fuel to values regulated by GOST 32511-2013, taking into account the corresponding grades and classes of diesel fuel.
