FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a depressor-dispersant additive for diesel fuel containing a mixture of depressor and dispersant components. Additive is characterized by the fact that it contains, as a depressor component, a polymer compound obtained by radical copolymerisation in kerosene of a C12+ 1-olefin fraction, which is a still residue after distillation of expensive C6-C10 olefin fractions from products of thermocatalytic oligomerisation of ethylene and vinyl acetate, at a weight ratio of 1:5 to 5:1, with participation of a radical polymerisation initiator, at temperature of 25-60 °C for 4-6 hours, after which the reaction mixture is cooled to obtain a solution of the depressor component in kerosene. Dispersing component is a polymer compound obtained by metathesis copolymerisation of monomers: bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-eneacetate, synthetic divinyl rubber and a propane-propylene fraction, in presence of metal complex dialkyl ruthenium catalyst, with weight ratio of bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-enacetate : rubber from 1:20 to 5:1, weight ratio of catalyst : monomers in reaction mixture from 1:500000 to 1:10000, at temperature 10-35 °C for 1-5 hours in kerosene, then the reaction mixture is hydrogenated in the presence of palladium, filtered through alumina to obtain a solution of the dispersing component in kerosene, wherein the depressant and dispersant components after mixing the solutions of the components are in the additive at ratio of 1:4 to 4:1 by weight, the total content of components in additive is 50 wt.%, kerosene, wt.% – the rest. Invention also relates to a method of producing an additive.

EFFECT: simplification of processability, anti-wear properties of depressor-dispersant additive, improvement of operational characteristics of diesel fuel, reduction of limiting temperature of filterability and pour point, provision of sedimentation stability during its cold storage and permissible value of DF filterability index according to GOST 19006-73, as well as reducing the diameter of the wear spot of diesel fuel to values regulated by GOST 32511-2013, taking into account the corresponding grades and classes of diesel fuel.
