FIELD: oil refining; petrochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining and petrochemistry, particularly to composition of a depressor-dispersant additive for diesel fuel. Depressor-dispersant additive for diesel fuel contains a mixture of depressor and dispersant components, wherein the depressor component is a polymer compound obtained by radical copolymerisation in diesel fuel of styrene and mixture of 1-olefins C12+, which is the still residue after distillation of expensive fractions of C6-C10 olefins from products of thermocatalytic oligomerisation of ethylene, at a weight ratio of the initial reagents from 1:1 to 5:1, with the participation of a radical polymerisation initiator, at temperature of 60-90 °C for 6-23 hours, after which the reaction mixture is cooled to obtain a solution of the depressor component in diesel fuel, and the dispersing component is a polymer compound obtained by metathesis copolymerisation of monomers: 5-phenylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene and synthetic butadiene-styrene rubber in an ethylene atmosphere, in the presence of a metal complex sulphur-containing ruthenium catalyst, at weight ratio of 5-phenylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene : rubber from 1:20 to 2:1, weight ratio of catalyst : monomers in reaction mixture from 1:450,000 to 1:10,000, at temperature of 25-70 °C for 5-23 hours in diesel fuel, then reaction mixture is hydrogenated in presence of palladium, further filtering through aluminium oxide to obtain a solution of dispersing component in diesel fuel, wherein depressor and dispersing components after mixing solutions of components are in additive at ratio of 1:3 to 3:1 by weight, total content of components in additive is 50 wt.%, diesel fuel, wt.% – balance. Additive is obtained by mixing depressor and dispersant components in diesel fuel in weight ratio of 1:3 to 3:1 and stirring at room temperature for 0.5-1 hour.
EFFECT: simplification of process, manifestation of anti-wear properties of depressor-dispersing additive, improved operational characteristics of diesel fuel, low limiting filterability temperature and pour point, ensuring sedimentation stability during its cold storage and allowable filter blocking tendency according to EN 590:2013, as well as reducing the diesel fuel wear scar diameter to the values regulated by GOST 32511-2013, taking into account the corresponding grades and classes of diesel fuel.
