SUBSTANCE: method involves recording iron-induced model system chemiluminescence and repeatedly recording chemiluminescence parameters under spermatoplasm being added in concordance with formula SAOA =(SPSMC/SMC)100%, where SAOA is the total antioxidant activity; SMC is the model system total; SPSMC is model system total + spermatoplasm. The ejaculate is estimated as fertile one when total antioxidant spermatoplasm activity is equal to 35-43%.

EFFECT: high accuracy of estimation.
