FIELD: manufacture of handles, holders of cooking pieces, possibly knives, forks and similar things.

SUBSTANCE: cooking piece includes functional working portion and holder made all-metal ones. Holder is provided with metallic head, stem bent downwards and superposed plates thickened in mean zone, arranged between said head and stem and flush-mounted with adjacent surfaces of head and stem. Said plates have curvilinear convex upper face and lower face provided with supports for hands. All-metal holder has head, stem and bridge between them. Wedge-shaped head of holder is thickened to side of functional working member and wedge-shaped to side of lower face of holder. Outer lateral surfaces of superposed plates are symmetrical trihedral ones in lengthwise plane. Convex upper curvilinear faces of holder and superposed plates have convexity shifted to stem. The last is formed by means of converging arc-shaped upper convex and lower concave curves and it has rounded end. Gravity center of cooking piece is arranged in front zone of butt of faces of superposed plates. Said plates are made of material with high friction coefficient.

EFFECT: improved working characteristics such as balancing capability, comfortable holding, simplified design, easy process of assembling and making cooking piece.
