FIELD: the invention refers to measuring technique and may be used for controlling curvilinear of axles of shafts, tubes including tubes of great extension.
SUBSTANCE: the arrangement for measuring deviation from linearity of an axle of cylindrical details has a pneumatic measuring device connected with a measuring system consisting of a body with two supports in the shape of rollers placed under an angle to each other, of two measuring elements. At that the measuring elements are placed perpendicularly to each other in one plane perpendicular to the axle of a measured detail. The measuring elements has spring-actuated tips contacting with the surface of a controlled detail and forming measuring gaps with the face surfaces of the measuring nozzles connected with the measuring chambers of the pneumatic measuring device having a pneumoelectronics block fulfilled with possibility of addition of value squares of the measuring gaps according to the theorem of Piphagor.
EFFECT: provides possibility of controlling deviations from linearity of cylindrical details forming in transversal section a circle on its all basic length and excludes necessity of rotating the controlled detail.
