FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meat preservation industry, namely to baby food products. Proposed composition for production of canned meat for baby food contains meat raw material, a fat component and flour. Meat raw material is represented by turkey meat, the fat component is represented by olive oil and the flour is represented by amaranth flour. Composition also contains potatoes, cauliflower and drinking water. Initial components are taken in the following ratio, wt.%: turkey meat – 60.0–65.0; olive oil – 2.0–2.5; amaranth flour – 10.0–15.0; potatoes – 7.0–7.5; cauliflower – 7.0–7.5; drinking water – balance.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at expansion of the range of preserves for baby food with increased nutritive value.
