FIELD: microbiology, in particular method for production of hydrolysate from apiculture products useful in broth manufacturing for Spirochaeta cultivation.
SUBSTANCE: hydrolysable substrate is ground in homogenizer for 1 min at 3000 rpm. Then raw material is diluted with meat-and-liver broth in ratio of 1:5. Prepared slurry is exposed with ultrasound for 2-3 min, at maximal power of 400 W, currant of 0.7 A and frequency of 35 kHz. After ultrasound breakage obtained mass is neutralized with hydrochloric acid solution and sodium bicarbonate up to pH 7.0-7.2 followed by enzyme hydrolysis by using pancreas enzyme in amount of 300 g per 1 l of medium. Neutralized hydrolysate in centrifuged at 3 rpm for 5 min. Supernatant is bottled, sealed and autoclaved for 1 h at 120°C.
EFFECT: method providing full enzyme hydrolysis, accelerated Spirochaeta growth and development.
