SUBSTANCE: claimed amide compound is obtained by continuous method in several reactors by contacting of biocatalyst having nitrylhydratase activity with substrate. Catalyst stream in reactor is guided in parallel to reaction solution stream. Temperature in reactor after catalyst discharging is adjusted by 5°C higher then in reactor used in starting of process.
EFFECT: enhanced assortment of antimicrobial agents.
