FIELD: mechanical engineering; vibration insulation of technological equipment, looms inclusive.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rubber vibration isolator includes flexible member engageable with body base and pendulum suspension. Pendulum suspension is made in form of threaded stud whose one end is connected with bearing lever for attachment of object to be vibration insulated and other end is connected with thrust washer and nut. Thrust washer engageable with nut and flexible member is made from elastic material. Sectional flexible member consists of upper and lower parts of different rigidity. Body base is made in form of rectangular box consisting of upper and lower plates fastened over three sides by means of side fins. Rigidity of upper part of flexible member having height "d" is half of rigidity of lower part having height "c".
EFFECT: enhanced vibration insulation in resonance mode; simplified construction; ease in mounting.
