FIELD: nuclear physics; elementary particles physics.

SUBSTANCE: chamber has multiple-channel cathode made of isolated metal paths applied onto polyimide film, second cathode made of polyimide film which has one side to be covered with continuous metal layer, anode made of polyimide film which has two sides covered with continuous metal layers. Anode is mounted between two cathodes. Atmosphere air gas has to be counting gas of chamber. Device for monitoring of charged particles bundles has at least two multiple-channel ionization chambers mounted in parallel to each other in such a manner that metal paths of multiple-channel cathodes are disposed at angle of 0°-90°one relatively another. Device has reading-out system which allows recording of time span of signal from any path of multiple-channel cathode.

EFFECT: reduced background, neutron and gamma-radiation; provision of measurement of one-dimensional and time distributions of ionized losses and signal shape while keeping to level of own noise; high sensitivity, radiation resistance and low threshold of registration of nuclei.
