SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing fish-plant canned food. At first, it is necessary to prepare formula components: blanching in vegetable oil up to semi-finished condition and cutting of skin-free fish filet, chopping and freezing of fresh white cabbage, cutting and stewing of onion and carrots in vegetable oil, cooking of fish broth. The mixture of fish, cabbage, onion, carrots, wheat flour, sugar, salt, tomato paste, vegetable oil, fish broth, black pepper, Jamaica pepper, clove, cinnamon should be obtained followed by packaging with laurel at certain expenses of components. This provides prolonged terms of storage and digestibility of a target product.
