FIELD: engineering of non-destructive means for analyzing properties of materials by acoustic methods.
SUBSTANCE: method for acoustic control of composition of products made of two-phased composite includes measuring expansion speeds for identical oscillations in products made of each component and of controlled composite by impulse method and under similar physical conditions. Composition of two-phased composite is determined, under condition V1≥Vi≥V2, from following relations: and C1=1-C2, where C1,C2 - volumetric concentration of phases, in shares; V1,V2,Vi - sound expansion speeds in products made of components 1,2 and two-phased composite, respectively, in meters per second.
EFFECT: simplified mass control of composition of two-phased products, possible performing of method at necessary precision and in more express manner.
