FIELD: medicine, ultrasound diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: due to ultrasound testing a patient's eyeball in B-mode by biometry one should detect the width (w) of the foundation and elevation (e) of the tumor. Then it is necessary to calculate the ratio of these values (w/e) - parameter X5. Then it is necessary to establish the type of neoplasm growth - nodal or diffuse by coding the given feature by digits 1 or 2, correspondingly - parameter X3. Due to ultrasound densitometry one should calculate the index of tumor echogeneity IE - parameter X1. In the mode of circulatory coding - chromatic mapping or energetic dopplerography - one should detect the presence of large-scaled nutritive vessels at focal periphery being dominant in tumor's chromatic map. Coding 1 - in case of the presence and coding 2 - at the absence of the above-mentioned vessels - parameter X4. It is necessary to evaluate the character of tumor vascularization at stating upon predominant localization of the vessels at periphery, in central area or along the whole focal volume, correspondingly, the coding by digits 1, 2 or 3 - parameter X6. In the mode of spectral dopplerography one should detect the presence - coding 1 or the absence - coding 2 for the signs of arterio-venous shunting upon circulatory spectrum - parameter X2. Based upon the data of parameters obtained it is possible to calculate the following formula: Y=2.38-1.59(X1)+1.02(X2)-0.24(X3)-0.44(X4)-0.05(X5)+0.11(X6). The result obtained should be rounded to the whole number and at Y=1 one should diagnose hemangioma, at Y=2 - metastasis and at Y=3 -choroid melanoma should be stated upon. The innovation suggested enables to conduct noninvasive differential diagnostics of melanomas, hemangiomas and choroids metastases at ultrasound testing.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics.
