SUBSTANCE: at ultrasonic examination in a regimen of gray-scale V-scanning, determine the size of a tumour. In regimen of colour Doppler mapping and energetic Doppler mapping, determine type of blood supply of a tumour. At size of tumour prominence from 1.5 to 6 mm and hyper-or hypovascular type of blood supply, consider photodynamic therapy shown.
EFFECT: possibility to determine indications to PDT of choroid melanoma, based on objective indicators of prominence and type of blood supply of a tumour, peak efficiency of application of PDT method accurately.
