FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: complex nutritive supplement "Alfaluks", 1.0-3.0 kg; oat grit aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1-st blend, 3.0-5.0 l; rye malt aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1-st blend, 7.0-9.0 l; pantocrinum tincture, 0.01-0.9 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 20.0-22.0 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength of vodka 40%. Proposed vodka provides enhancing stability of ready product during its storage and organoleptic indices. Vodka shows synergetic effect of its components and barely detectable Madeira aroma and ginseng after tasting.
EFFECT: expanded assortment of vodkas, improved and valuable properties of vodka.
