FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes vodka comprising the following components per 1000 dal of the ready product: glycerol dissolved in 40% mixture in the ratio 1:4, 0.1-0.3 kg; vanillin dissolved in rectified alcohol in the ratio 1:100, 0.05-0.15 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 13.0-14.5 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed vodka provides enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product by increasing the tasting score from 9.67 to 9.69. The proposed total features provides eliciting the synergetic effect, absence of odor in spite of using vanillin in vodka that is not seen in case of over limited values of the claimed indices of vodka components. Vodka shows mild taste and mild typical vodka aroma. Also, invention expands the assortments of vodkas.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
