FIELD: nondestructive inspection.
SUBSTANCE: device has X-ray radiation source, two radiation detectors disposed at both sides of tested object and processing unit. Cooler and heater are introduced into device additionally; both units are connected together. Device also has two pumping injectors with funnels; funnels are turned to radiation flux in perpendicular to it, two pumps and two additional branches which branches connect outputs of heater with inputs of funnels correspondingly. Pumping injectors have funnels directed to meet pumps which are disposed at opposite side of radiation flux in relation to funnels. One "funnel-pump" pair is disposed above top surface of sheet product and the other pair is disposed under lower surface of sheet product.
EFFECT: improved precision of inspection.
