FIELD: analytical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: device for forming thermal lens has dish with transparent solution to be analyzed, aids for making thermal lens and probing laser. Aid for making thermal lens is made in form of dielectric diaphragm disposed in dish; diaphragm has hole in its central part. Diameter of hole equals to 1 mm. The aid also has two electrodes disposed at both sides of diaphragm; electrodes are connected to voltage supply. Solutions on the base of electro-conducting liquids are used as solutions to be analyzed.
EFFECT: improved stability of thermal lens.
