FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of analysing interactions between molecules fluorescing in the ultraviolet (UV) range, including proteins, peptides, glycoproteins, proteoglycans and other compounds, a sequence of which contains one or more amino acid residues of tryptophan (Trp), and biological molecules immobilised in cells of a biological microchip (biochip), during which the analysis of interactions is determined based on measuring of intensity of UV fluorescence of amino acid residues of tryptophan. Group of inventions also relates to a device for realisation of the specified method of analysis in the UV area of the spectrum.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensures possibility of avoiding of use of fluorescent labels for recording of binding and provides an analysis of biological molecules interaction with molecules on the biochip by UV fluorescence of natural fluorophore - amino acid residue of tryptophan.
