SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of biotechnology. A device and a method for automating parallel tagless detection of a biological marker are proposed. The device contains the first and second DC power sources, a sensor element, a measurement unit, a control unit, an analysis unit, a control unit for switching transistor nodes, a current-to-voltage conversion unit, a DC voltage meter, a temperature sensor. The sensor element consists of a transistor block, where the transistor block includes a gate and a transistor node with a nanowire transistor with applied functionalizing and biosensor coatings. The method includes forming a zone with coated nanowire transistor and reference transistor node without biosensor coating, generating control signals, converting DC to voltage, recording the voltage difference between the transistor node and the reference transistor node, recording the dependence of the measured voltage on time, determining the temperature regime of the transistor unit, generating a signal for the control unit with the possibility of measuring the biological marker under study.

EFFECT: inventions provide an increase in the reliability, sensitivity and specificity of detection, an increase in speed.
