FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, three-component caramel on stick having core of chewing gum or bubbly chewing gum.
SUBSTANCE: forming mechanism periodically adds into extruded chewing gum material or bubbly chewing gum material semi-liquid filler material simultaneously with formation of outer caramel coat. Three-component cord is formed on forming machine in order to obtain caramel products such as sugar glasses into which sticks are inserted. Sugar glasses are then cooled, tumbled and prepared for further processing.
EFFECT: improved quality of sugar glasses.
