FIELD: radio-electronic industry; production of material for components of the radio-electronic devices.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of radio-electronic industry, in particular, to production of materials for the components of the radio-electronic devices, such as resistors, capacitors, inductance coils, etc, where the split-hair accuracy of supervision of the measurements of the parameters is required. The material has the multilayer structure made in the form of N> 1 separate layers consisting of the films or the metal paper of d < 80 microns thick, piled made out of carried out of polyimide or quartz, either mica, or germanium, either a gallium, or copper, either silver, or the material consists of the same type strands or fibers with thickness of d <80 microns made out of silver or copper, either aluminum, or nichrome, either germanium, or a gallium combined in the bundle. At increasing the quantity of the separate and the same type layers of the films in the stack or the number of the fibers or the strands in the bundle the physical characteristics of the material are gaining strength proportionally to the number of layers or fibers and the spread of the experimental values of the characteristics R, C, L and tgδ is decreasing, that is technical result of the offered engineering solution.
EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the physical characteristics of the material are gaining strength proportionally to the number of layers or fibers and the spread of the experimental values of the characteristics R, C, L and tgδ is decreasing.
