SUBSTANCE: network includes facilities of cable TV and data transmission. Central head station is connected to network of local head stations by circular circuit of fibre-optic communication line. Each local head station is connected by "tree" scheme to home distribution network via home optical units by fibre-optic communication line. Each home optical unit is connected by "star" scheme to floor distribution cabinets by electric communication line. Floor distribution cabinets are connected by "star" scheme with consumers by electric communication line. Fibre-optic communication lines have direct and reserve direction. Optical divider of local head station is arranged with two inputs. Unit of data transmission and telematic services of central head station is connected to main and duplicating server.

EFFECT: improved reliability of network operation in 24-hour uninterrupted operation.
