SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering. A system is proposed for locking doors, comprising a lock with an electric drive fitted on the door, connected to a multi-user video intercom with an inbuilt television camera, switches, data storage server connected to local area network of the building with dispatcher computer equipment and apparatus for displaying information installed in the apartment. The video intercom is connected to an IP-video gateway which is connected to the local area network of the building. The video intercom has a digital port connected through an Ethernet adapter to a TCP/IP network, to which the data storage server is connected with the dispatcher computer equipment and the IP-video telephones installed in apartments. The system has IP-ATS.

EFFECT: increased reliability and functionalities of the door locking system.
