SUBSTANCE: invention as a whole envelopes adjustable client application, capable of working with all seven classes of personal cell communication devices supporting Internet functions, level of launch functions of Internet browsers is varied from Class 0 with no support for Internet functions, to Class 6 with automatic launch of Internet browser. Client application provides for minimal participation of client in setting up of Internet connection with use of functions for organizing Internet connection, contained in interactive display message.
