SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and methods of logical organisation and control of web-browser cache for offline browsing. Standard method of invention includes storage in web-browser cache on a user device information on multiple content web page user visited during one or more web page browsing sessions; defining logical relationships among a plurality of content of web page; mapping a plurality of content of web page to a cluster based on certain logic links; obtaining a request for loading web page with web-browser on a user device; determining and detecting that requested web-page is stored in cache and is connected to a cluster, after detecting that user device is in offline mode, and obtaining of cache for independent browsing on user device a plurality of content requested web pages related to identified cluster.
EFFECT: technical result is web browser cache management to provide independent browsing of web content.
