SUBSTANCE: maize callus of Chines31xCateto Sulino Grosso hybrid is subjected to heat shock at +30°C for 2 passages (1 passage is 15 days) and due to callus ability to somaclonal variability selection of cell line is carried out in vitro.
EFFECT: maize cell line with high embryogenic potential.
