SUBSTANCE: method involves treating embryogenic callus, immature or mature embryos by vacuum infiltration under -1.0 - -0.6 atm within 15-60 min in suspension of Agrobacterium tumefaciens bacteria; cultivating resultant explants on said bacteria bed, with mentioned bacteria being preliminarily activated with tobacco exudates; after cultivation of explants, adding into bacteria suspension cephotaxim having concentration of 100-300 mg/l; adding kanamycin facilitating in separation of transformed plants.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in obtaining of transformed cereal crop plants.
