SUBSTANCE: compression brace can be used for curing breaks of knee-cap joint. Compression brace has two half-braces, each of which braces is provided with fingers with claws to punch them into bone at one side, and with connecting ridges at the other side. Brace also has tie screw with hats and spring washers for placing under hats. Claws are made sharpened and curved at angle to fingers. Compression is performed through fingers. Half-braces are made of springing curved plate. Thread openings are made at one ridge of half-braces intended for tie screws, and smooth openings are made at the other end. Angle of curvature of claws for punching into bone to fingers equals to 30-35°. Springing adjustable compression can be made among fractures of knee-cap joint at external fixation of the fractures through skin.
EFFECT: improved efficiency.
