FIELD: quantum physics; photodissociation lasers for producing electromagnetic radiation.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes manufacture of hollow cylinder, gas-tight metal-faced plate with mechanisms for securing electromagnetic radiation initiators, flanges with axial cylindrical projections, and output windows; fixation of plate on inner surface of hollow cylinder and formation of laser working channel; manufacture of elongated straps with holes on supporting surface and threaded bushings. Radial through channels are formed in hollow cylinder walls and threaded bushings are secured on free area of plate. Upon alignment of strap holes with hollow-cylinder radial channels straps are pressed to outer surfaces of hollow cylinder and to axial projections of flanges by means of threaded members. The latter are driven in bores of threaded bushings.

EFFECT: enhanced performance characteristic due to better optical characteristics of laser electromagnetic radiation.
