FIELD: cannery industry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by shredding and freezing of fresh white cabbage, onion cutting followed by roasting thereof in milk butter, cutting of fish fillet, mushrooms, salt cucumbers and parsley green, flour roasting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with acetic acid, cucumber brine, black pepper and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed together with fish broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
