SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with isolating DNA out of lymphocytes of peripheral venous blood due to polymerase chain reaction technique, synthesis of DNA amplification of genes PON1 and CETP fragments within the limits of which polymorphous nucleotide substitutions are localized, carrying out the analysis of polymorphism in the lengths of restriction fragments of amplicons and at detecting genotypes PON*BB and CETP*II one should predict the risk in development of hypertonic disease.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
