FIELD: transport engineering; unloading and cleaning of vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device for cleaning dumpcar bodies arranged along front of unloading with delivery of material into receiving hopper 1 has guides with sliders 6 secured on side of receiving hopper on support frame 4 opposite to rail track. Cross beam 8 with teeth 9 installed square to beam is secured on ends of guides. Length of teeth is taken equal to height of sides of dumpcar body. Ends of sliders from side opposite to cross beam are mechanically coupled with rods 11 of power cylinders 12 secured on support frame. Angle of guide tilting to horizontal is equal to angle of tilting of dumpcar body at unloading. Teeth are arranged with minimum clearances relative to inner surface of fixed side of body. Distance between extreme teeth is less than length of dumpcar body.
EFFECT: provision of complete emptying of dumpcar body at transportation of sticky loads by cleaning of body.
